Tina R. Johnson is President & CEO of JP Events & Consulting, founding in 1992, is a full service-award winning event management and consulting firm. Highly regarded for her client-centric approach, Tina works 1-on-1 with her corporate and executive level clients as their Event Strategist. Tina has won numerous awards for her tireless efforts in giving back to the community and be mentoring women business owners.

Virginia Leadership Institute
As Founder and CEO of Virginia Leadership Institute, Krysta Jones has trained over 300 leaders, helping 30 run for office, and 10 get elected. While serving as Director of Outreach for two Members of Congress, Krysta organized four women's conferences providing several female entrepreneurs an opportunity to lead sessions in front of hundreds of women--sharing their experiences and knowledge, and gaining additional exposure for their businesses. On the Hill, she also coordinated several government procurement conferences, providing women contractors and those interested in contracting with access to updates and information about opportunities. As Chair of the Arlington Commission on the Status of Women, Krysta organized the commission's first two Women in Business sessions, which provided a forum for women throughout Northern Virginia to network and learn about local business resources. She is also currently planning the inaugural "Twenty-four Hours to Change Your Life and Business Retreat," in conjunction with two other women business owners, which will provide an intimate space for both startup and experienced female entrepreneurs to share information and network.
The Statements Brand
Nikki Trowbridge, the owner of three businesses that make up the Statements Brand, was born in Saigon, Vietnam in 1971 and came to the United States with her mother when she was five to start a life of opportunity. At 28 years old, she launched the Statements Brand with her first business, Statements the Salon, and since then, Nikki's salon has exploded from two stylists to forty-eight, she has provided leadership and inspiration for hundreds of burgeoning professionals at Statements the Academy, and she has recently launched her newest endeavor TheStatementsProject.com to enhance her dynamic network of business professionals. Her mission is to create strong business systems with thoughtful leadership in order to inspire salon owners/professionals with a method of interpreting information and dynamic mentoring that will renew the guest experience, which in turn, will inspire happier, more fulfilling careers. Her greatest privilege, and most significant personal priority, has been to build a family through the international adoption of her two beautiful sons, Gavin and Niko. Through the years, Nikki has had many experiences that shape the philosophy that she applies to everything she does: Always give the most of yourself in order to empower everyone around you.
